Title of position: 2 landscaping helpers
Terms of employment: Full-time year-round work
Duties:
• Work closely with supervisor in installation of landscape construction projects
• Cut grass, rake, fertilize and water lawns, weed gardens, prune shrubs and trees and perform other maintenance duties as directed by supervisor
• Planting trees, flowers, grass, shrubs, installing soil and other aggregates, etc.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site, and assist supervisor in keeping an orderly and stocked equipment trailer.
• Operate hand equipment and power equipment such as mowers, cutters, electric clippers, blowers, pruning saws, and other landscape maintenance equipment.
• Clean and maintain equipment used for landscaping
• Perform other manual duties to maintain landscaped areas as assigned by the supervisor
Wages: $20.50/hr based on 40 hrs a week
Location of work: Langley, BC and across the Lower Mainland
