Job duties:
Hire and train new cashiers and sales staff
Create work schedules for sales staff to best meet the needs of the business
Resolve complaints and concerns that may arise from customers
Order merchandise for the store and pay for all purchase orders
Use CoreMark software to update inventory and outstanding orders, refunds, and tracking shipments
Order fuel, including gasoline and propane, and keep track of available supplies
Balance tills and ensure accurate accounting of cash and receipts

Terms of employment: Full-time, permanent position; days, evenings, weekends; approximately 40 hours per week; must be available to work a variety of shifts to meet the needs of the business

Wage: $24.00/hour

Education required: Completion of high school is required.

Work experience required: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales is required. Experience working with CoreMark software is an asset.
