Hei Hei Rice Roll offers menu feature old school classics, specializing in steamed rice rolls with fillings ranging from pork, beef, BBQ pork, shrimp and vegetarian. The food stall is located at the Richmond Public Market. We are currently looking for a cook to join our current team.

As a Cook, you will perform the following duties:

• Establish and equip workstations with the required supplies
• Prepare food items by slicing, chopping, blending, and preparing sauces
• Prepare menu items while collaborating with other kitchen staff
• Communicate and adhere to the instructions provided by the head chef
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality food in a timely manner
• Make sure the adequacy of inventory and supplies in refrigerators, freezers, and other storage areas
• Tidy up the workstation and take care of leftover food

Job Requirements:
• Completion of high school diploma is required
• Having relevant culinary work experience is highly preferred
• Fluent in English. Able to communicate in Mandarin is a valuable addition
• Capable of performing effectively under pressure, especially during peak hours
• Able to stand for extended periods
• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays and late nights
