Salary: $20.00 / hour

Languages: English
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, Physically demanding
Work Site Environment: Potato and vegetable farm
Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication, Flexibility, Judgement, Organized, Team player, Values and ethics
Supervision: 16-20 people
Tasks: Maintain farm machinery, equipment and buildings
Manage overall operation of farm
Organize and co-ordinate planting, cultivating and crop harvesting activities;
Purchase machinery, livestock, seed, feed and other supplies
Determine the amount and kinds of crops to be grown and livestock to be raised
Establish marketing programs
Maintain financial and production records
Perform general farm duties
Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
