Salary: $45000 to $55,000 per year. To be negotiated.

JOB REQUIREMENT
Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience
Minimum 3 years Events/Conference management experience (preferably hotels)

Specific Skills
Ensure guests receive the highest level of food quality and service for their event
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices,
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
Develop, implement and analyze budgets.
Participate in marketing plans and implementation
Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
Address customers’ complaints or concerns.
Communicate with Guest Services and Reservations to ensure all resort requirements are delivered
Develop relationships with guests, key suppliers and industry associates
Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline employees your department to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met.
