Job Duties:
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Ensure all the duties are performed in a timely and organized manner and the highest level of customer service is provided in the restaurant
• Inspect kitchen area, kitchen utensils and equipment to ensure sanitary standards are met.
• Train staff in job duties and monitor staff performance
• Assign job duties and instructions to crew members
• Maintain a record of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Address customer complaints
• Supervise and check the assembly of trays,
• Establish work schedules

Job Requirements:
• Completion of Secondary School Education.
• Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management or a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in the food industry is required.
