Job Description

• Define the company’s mission and strategic direction, ensuring that all policies and objectives align with our vision and are achieved through effective management of human, financial, and material resources.
• Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring the optimal structure for success.
• Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, establish financial and administrative controls, and approve promotional campaigns and overall human resources planning.
• Coordinate the financial operations across various departments, including course management and hospitality services, ensuring seamless integration of financial strategies with overall business objectives.
• Select, manage, and mentor middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, delegating the necessary authority and creating optimal working conditions to foster a high-performing team.
• Represent the organization, or appoint representatives, in negotiations and other official functions, acting as a key figure in advancing the interests of Furry Creek.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration or other discipline related to the relevant field.
• 3+ years’ experience as a senior role in financial field.
• Expertise in financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Solid knowledge of financial principles and experience in developing and implementing successful financial strategies.
