Job Description
• Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs; establish administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall personnel planning
• Strategically appoint middle managers, directors, and other executive leadership to ensure organizational excellence
• Allocate responsibilities across regions, divisions, or departments to optimize efficiency and drive operational success.
• Represent the company, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the company, in negotiations or other official functions.
• The overall planning, design and implementation of projects and programs within the mandate for the corporation
• Ensure that an effective senior management team is in place and that effective succession plans are established.
