We provide the convenience of using both Full Container Load (FCL) and Less than Container Load (LCL) ocean cargo to small business owners in an effort to reduce their stocking burdens, improving facility utilization.

Job Description:
• Coordinate the activities of the on-site logistics team and supervise the staff of the logistics team as well as the operational processes
• Manage inventory, ensure adequate stock when opening site, maintain appropriate level of stock during response and complete a close of operation inventory
• Monitor employees of Logistics Team as well as operational processes
• Handle all related activities of dispatch as needed like hiring, training, performance appraisals and terminations, etc
• Research and prepare resources to develop timely as well as efficient workflow
• Manage, development, research, as well as reconcile departmental reports
• Communicate departmental tasks for guidance of management
• Maintain contact with all clients as well as outside vendors inclusive of issue resolution
• Contribute to ensuring response supplies are properly stocked, available and conduct inventory reviews as required
• Coordinate shipping of goods and transfers between sites
• Execute personnel activities as per company’s policies as well as applicable laws

Required languages: English

Education level: Post Secondary Diploma

Required skills: • Minimum of 1 years of logistics supervisory experience. • Distribution or Logistics systems experience • Data collection & management • Ability to manage routing and distribution, and logistic computer software • Proven strong ability to organize, multi-task, prioritize, problem-solve and ensure accuracy • Strong attention to detail & accuracy & ability to interact with customers over the phone in high stress situations;
