Restaurant/Food Service Manager

Job Description

Terms of Employment:
Permanent, Full-time, 37.5 hours/week
Day, evening, Shift, weekend

Experience:
1-year to 2-years of Supervisory/Management experience

Work Setting:
Restaurant

Required skills: Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a restaurant, Implement Operational procedures, Recruit staff and oversee staff training, Set staff schedules and monitor staff performance, Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices, Resolve Customer complaints and ensure Health and Safety regulations are followed, Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
