JOB DUTIES
• The duties of the Human Resource Administrator at Designery Media Ltd. will include but are not limited to:
• Prepare, edit, and proofread various HR-related documents, including employee communications, internal reports, and presentations.
• Manage both manual and digital HR filing systems, ensuring all personnel information is up-to-date and easily accessible for internal teams and external audits.
• Oversee the flow of incoming and outgoing HR-related communications—email or physical correspondence—ensuring timely and accurate distribution across departments.
• Facilitate the seamless exchange of HR-related information between departments, ensuring all teams are aligned in achieving organizational goals and maintaining a positive working environment.
• Organize and confirm HR-related appointments, meetings, and interviews, ensuring efficiency and clear communication within our fast-paced environment.
• Support the planning and execution of internal HR events, workshops, and gatherings that promote engagement, professional development, and team cohesion.
• Procure and manage office supplies, ensuring the HR department has the necessary resources for daily operations while maintaining cost-effective inventory levels.
• Serve as a point of contact for staff inquiries regarding HR policies and personnel matters, providing clear, concise, and helpful responses to all queries.
• Oversee the establishment and maintenance of both manual and computerized filing systems, ensuring all HR-related documentation is stored securely and complies with legal and company standards.
• Assist in developing and streamlining office procedures, particularly related to HR functions, to ensure that workflows are optimized and support our fast-paced, evolving work environment.
• Record and prepare minutes of HR-related meetings, capturing key discussions and action items to ensure follow-through and accountability.
• Compile HR-related data and statistics to support ongoing research activities, employee performance tracking, and strategic planning.
• Assist in organizing and executing HR-related conferences, webinars, and other professional development events to foster continuous learning and team growth.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• 1 to less than 7 months of experience working in an HR related field is required.
