Cook’s Helper

Denman Mediterranean Restaurant Ltd., known for its commitment to excellence in authentic tastes of the Mediterranean, is looking to fill 3 full-time Cook’s Helper positions at their Denman St, Vancouver, BC location.

Duties
• Wash, peel, and cut vegetables.
• Clean all work surfaces, equipment and utensils.
• Store supplies in cupboards, fridges, and refrigerators.
• Classified the waste into recycling, organic and regular waste. Take the garbage out according to the pickup schedule.
• Sweep and mop floors, load and unload the dishwasher.
• Operate dishwashers.
• Perform other duties as instructed by the cooks.

Previous experience with Greek and Mediterranean cuisine would be considered an asset.

Compensation offered: $18.00/hr. 40 hrs/week
