Computer Technician
D.C.S. Technology Inc., located in Sicamous, BC has a vacancy for a Computer Technician position.

We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated and detail-oriented Computer Technician to join our team as soon as possible.

Duties:
• Provide excellent technical support to clients by communicating with them and resolving their concerns regarding software or hardware
• Ensure all software or hardware is professionally installed and working according to the client’s needs
• Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions
• Responsible for the preparation of technical solutions, the preparation of bidding documents, explaining and answering questions from users
• Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken or installation activities taken
• Work with sales staff to present a demonstration of the product
• Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties
• Collect, organize and maintain solutions for the sales team

Job Location: 1120 Riverside Ave, Sicamous, BC V0E 2V0
Compensation: $30.70/hour for 40 hours/week
