Job Description

Cuppa Joe Coffee Roasters is a coffee shop in Burnaby BC and is need of Food Service Supervisor (1 position) to add to their diverse, reliable and energetic staff.

Job Location: 1899 Rosser Avenue suite 105 Burnaby, BC V5C 6R5
Workplace information: On site
Salary: 20.00 hourly / 40 hours per Week

Job Requirements
Overview
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Work setting: Coffee shop

Responsibilities
Tasks: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, Prepare budget and cost estimates, Address customers’ complaints or concerns, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, Prepare and submit reports, Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, Establish work schedules
Supervision: 5-10 people
