Position: Sous Chef/ Chef de partie
Salary: $16.50 to $23.00 / hour (To be negotiated)

SPECIFIC SKILLS:
Administration of kitchen in assistance to the Head Chef, including purchasing and work schedules.
Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales and inventory
Prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions
Requisition food and kitchen supplies
Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food
Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff.
