COBS Bread specializes in individually handcrafted breads, rolls, sweets, and baked goods and requires
Full-Time 2 Bakers at its location: 20691 Lougheed Hwy Maple Ridge BC V2X 2P9.

Offered Wage: @19.15/hr for 40 hours per week.

Baker will be responsible for the following duties:

Prepare dough for bread, rolls, and sweet goods, tarts, according to the bakery’s recipes or special orders.

Safely operate baking equipment.

Bake the mixed dough and batters.

Ensure proper food presentation, quality, portion control, and proper food handling always.

Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies and prepare weekly requisition of equipment and supplies.

May oversee sales of baked goods.

Ensure that the equipment and working area are kept clean per safety regulations.

Requirements:

Completion of Higher Secondary School
Completion 2 years of Baker’s program or Relevant experience as a Baker

On-the-job training may be provided.
