Company Introduction
Castella Manufacturing Ltd. is the manufacturing subsidiary of Castella Capital Ltd. Castella manufacture various desserts like Japanese cheesecake soufflé, Cheesetarts, Basque cheesecake, tiramisu and more. The company supplies to Castella operated retail stores, as well as contracted restaurants and cafe partners throughout British Columbia and Alberta.

Job Description:
• Operate machinery and equipment used in the production of desserts, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
• Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and production guidelines, including but not limited to flour, sugar, eggs, and flavorings.
• Inspect products for quality and consistency, following established quality control procedures
• Package finished products into appropriate containers, ensuring accurate labeling and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment by cleaning equipment, utensils, and work areas regularly to meet health and safety standards.
• Assist in the production process, which may include pouring, shaping, and baking dessert items
• Monitor ingredient levels, report shortages, and assist in the ordering and receipt of supplies to ensure uninterrupted production
• Follow all food safety regulations, company policies, and health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
