Castella Manufacturing Ltd. is the manufacturing subsidiary of Castella Capital Ltd. Castella manufacture various desserts like Japanese cheesecake soufflé, Cheesetarts, Basque cheesecake, tiramisu and more. The company supplies to Castella operated retail stores, as well as contracted restaurants and cafe partners throughout British Columbia and Alberta.

Job Description:
• Prepare ingredients for cheesecakes by following recipes accurately or customized customer requests.
• Bake cheesecakes, decorate, and present cheesecakes/desserts according to established guidelines.
• Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure consistent results.
• Create a production schedule to ascertain the type and quantity of goods to be produced.
• Procure baking supplies.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene practices.

Qualifications & Experience:
• 1 to less than 7 months’ similar experience.
• Reliable and hard working.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work a varied schedule of weekends, evenings, and early mornings.
