Title of position: Roofing Construction Labourer

Positions available: 2

Job duties:
– Load, unload, and transport materials used on construction sites, including lifting up to rooftops
– Assist roofing tradespeople with various duties on rooftops, including shingling, underlayment, gutter, soffit, and fascia work
– Crimp, cut, arrange, and assemble roofing materials for installation by tradespeople
– Perform various clean-up duties on worksites, including sweeping, disposal of scrap materials into waste receptacles designated at each worksite, and clearing debris from gutters
– Follow instructions from tradespeople in order to perform other assigned tasks
– Follow company safety standards and protocols when working at heights or with tools to ensure minimal risk of injury

Terms of employment: Full-time or part-time; day and weekend shifts; approximately 40 hours per week for full-time employees, whereas part-time hours will vary

Wage: $22.50/hour
