Benefits:
Financial benefits: Bonus (A bonus is given to workers who work on the leg machines. They receive 10 cents per pound which is shared if there are two operators but 20 cents per pound for single operators in addition to their hourly wage but only for crab and starting at the end of June and continuing until the end of November or when the crab season is over, whichever is first)
