Salary: $21.00 hourly for 30 to 44 hours per week

Qualification
– Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English is required;
– Completion of secondary (high) school is required;
– 2 years to less than 3 years of related work experience is required;

Job duties
– Establish work schedules and schedule counter attendants;
– Supervise and co-ordinate activities of counter attendants and direct them when needed;
– Train staff in job duties, sanitation, safety procedures and product knowledge;
– Organize and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment for counter attendants;
– Order supplies and equipment when needed;
– Work closely with bakers to accommodate and manage customized orders when requested;
– Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages when needed;
– Open and close the cash register, balance cash and record sales;
– Report sales volumes to the owner;
– Discuss products and personnel matters with the owner when needed;
– Control and manage products’ display and replenishment;
– Sell products

Ability to Supervise: 5-10 people
Workers Supervised: Cashiers, Bakery counter attendants
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Standing for extended periods
