Title of position: 2 Night Clerks
Terms of employment: Full-time, year round work
Duties:
• Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments
• Register arriving guests and assign available rooms
• Answer inquiries regarding motel services and registration by telephone, by email, and in person
• Provide information about services available in the motel as well as in the community
• Respond to guests’ complaints and requests such as wake up calls, additional room supplies, whenever applicable
• Compile and check daily record sheets, guest accounts, receipts and vouchers using computerized and manual systems
• Prepare tentative and final statements of charges to guests and receive payment.
• Perform other related duties as required.
Wages: 17.50/hr for 40 hrs a week
