We are currently seeking to fill in a permanent Property Administrator position, a vital role in supporting our clients’ needs. The responsibilities associated with this role include:
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with tenants.
• Addressing tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Ensuring effective communication between tenants and the property management team.
• Assisting in the resolution of tenant issues and disputes.
• Maintaining accurate records of tenant interactions and communications.
• Negotiating or approving rental or lease agreements for properties on behalf of owners and ensuring lease terms are met.
• Coordinating building repairs, maintenance, and renovations while monitoring progress and costs for property owners.
• Maintaining records of operating expenses and income, generating reports, and reviewing rents to ensure they align with market values.
• Managing damage deposits.
Position Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel for data management and record-keeping.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Google Docs, and ADP Workforce.
• Completion of secondary school at a minimum.
• A minimum of 1 year of administrative relevant experience such as a property clerk or contract clerk.
• Proficient English language skills, as English is the primary means of communication.
Compensation Package: Competitive hourly wage of $26.44 with a minimum 30-hour workweek and corporate benefits (at the moment coverage include life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment, extended health, dental and critical illness).
