Job Description

• Updating office policies and procedures
• Preparing reports on expenses, office budgets, and other expenditures
• Organizing special functions and social events
• Creating, updating, and maintaining records and databases.
• Scheduling company calendar and updating it as required.
• Monitoring and maintaining office equipment and inventory supplies; orders replacement supplies as needed.
• Supporting department managers, staff, and team members.
