Job duties:
– Prepare complete meals, appetizers, and desserts
– Prepare pre-portioned ingredients for dishes
– Maintain records of food used, waste, supplies consumed, and equipment in need of repair
– Clean and sanitize all food preparation surfaces according to company standards

Terms of employment: Full-time or part-time; permanent; days, evenings, weekends; full-time employees will work 30-40 hours per week, whereas part-time hours will vary.

Wage: $15.00-$17.00/hour, based on experience and education.

Benefits: Vision and medical benefits and coverage to be provided by employer on triage basis.

Education required: Completion of high school is required. Completion of post-secondary program in commercial cooking, baking, or culinary arts can substitute for required work experience.
