ACP Canada DBA Waves Coffee House Pitt Meadows seeking a Cafeteria Manager comes with positive, pleasant experiences that enrich the lives of everyone who comes to a Waves Coffee House, to be a role model to others and to operate/manage our Waves Coffee House Pitt Meadows Location in beautiful British Columbia province of Canada. This is full-time job and working hours range is 30 Hours to 40 Hours Per Week. Job requires early morning shift starting from 5:45 AM. Coffee House opens 7 days a week, Work can be in Multiple Shifts, working with Baristas and Store Supervisor.

Education level: Candidates must have High School Diploma / 12th Grade Certificate and 1 to 2 years Diploma in Hospitality Management / Food Management / or 6 months Barista Training Certificate.

Create action plans and follow through in a timely manner. Place and verify vendor orders and dealing with daily issues. Resolve customer concerns. Sales and financial accountability. Adequately preparing staff schedule Completing reporting in a timely manner Ensuring employee are following good safety and sanitation practice Enforcing dress code and store policies Ordering supplies in a timely manner Build relationship with Waves Coffee House head office

Additional skills / Assets Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills Must have hospitality, retail and sales or Cafeteria Barista experience (minimum 3 years) Ability to coach and mentor a team Must be able to physically complete the job (e.g. lift 10lb boxes, stand on feet for long period of time) Must be able to work flexible shifts as business demands Exceptional leadership skills. Exceptional level of communication skills. Ability to meet budgeted sales and profit goals.
