• Assist in hiring and training kitchen staff
• Assist in organizing group parties

Job requirements for this position:
• Completion of secondary school is usually required
• Completion of a three-year apprenticeship program for cooks

Completion of college or other program in cooking food safety
or
Three years of commercial cooking experience
• Some English skills
• Vietnamese an asset
