1. Co-ordinate and supervise the work of associates involved in various logistics departments shipping, receiving,processing, inventory and so on.
2. Establishing work schedules for all the associates to ensure efficient operations.
3. Resolving any work-related issues or incidents to ensure continuous improvement.
4. Training workers according to the logistics safety and procedures emphasizing their job duties as per the safety procedures and the company’s policy.
5. Responsible for preparing work progress and other reports both manually and systematically.
6. Monitoring and managing inventory levels to avoid shortages and to support smooth logistics operations.
7. Conducting performance reviews for logistics team members,assessing their efficiency and to enhance individual performance.

Required languages: English

Education level: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year

Required skills: 1 year to less than 2 years
